This plan is for small businesses who need straightforward help to meet food safety guidelines, with a two-year checklist to ensure nothing is missed and all records are kept up-to-date and all in one place.
This $250 package is for convenience store owners who sell perishable goods such as milk and pies, and for those who repackage imported foodstuffs, such as lollies. It’s also great for small food manufacturing and takeaway businesses and anyone else who needs a food safety management plan and check list, to ensure they’re MPI compliant and easily able to pass an audit.
These customised guides include personalised checks for your equipment, such as fridges and food warmers, and a log book to record food safety data, including temperatures and MPI mandated records. Keeping a record of incidents is a requirement of the amended Food Safety Act, and this one saves a lot of time by telling you exactly what to record and when.
A one-hour customisation consultation is included in the price. The Log Book is valid for two years and Krishna offers ongoing phone support throughout.
